Salary: Grade 6, £19,406 – £21,414 per annum.
30 hours per week, term time working 38 weeks per year

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic HLTA to join our friendly and caring Christian school. This role will involve you working in classes throughout school:
- supporting teaching and learning in classes
- planning and preparing lessons when the class teacher is not available
- delivering support to small groups to help improve outcomes for pupils.
This role would also suit a graduate who is considering undertaking a teaching qualification in the future.

This is a vital role within our school where no two days are the same in this fast-paced role, but job satisfaction is high.
The Purpose of the role:
- To deliver academic interventions.
- Supporting the class teacher.
- Working with children in small groups.
- To cover classes when the teacher is unavailable.

- Be able to adapt and respond appropriately to challenging situations
