Salary: Grade 6, £15.31 - £16.89 per hour
2 hours per month - This role operates on an annualised hours contract. The hours will need to be worked flexibly to meet service needs. You may be required to work additional hours.

Your Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate Swim Coach to join our aquatics team across all of our pools. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on helping people develop confidence and skills in the water.
To work as part of a team of Swimming Coaches providing competitive coaching across our borough wide leisure facilities. Primarily you will be working with across the competitive pathway and where the scheme requires.
About You:
You will help nurture, develop and implement a competitive swimming programme ensuring local, county, regional and national level performances. You will play a pivotal role in assisting the Head of Performance to achieve the objectives of Be Well Swim Squad through the implementation and delivery of a junior/youth and senior competitive swimming programme, aimed at county, regional and national level performances. Contributing to our key health and wellbeing objectives linked to Progress with Unity. We pride ourselves on offering an extensive and diverse range of physical activity to support our residents.
