Working Pattern –   Full Time

Working hours –  36.25 (Monday to Friday)

About the Role

Trafford Council are looking to recruit a Revenues Officer within the Exchequer Services department. The role sits within the Business Rates Team who are responsible for billing, collection and recovering monies owed to the Council in respect of business rates

The successful candidate will have experience in similar roles or a financial background, as per the role profile attached. An understanding of business rates would be an advantage but not essential and full training will be provided.

Additional Information

Flexibility will be required to work outside core hours to accommodate telephone contact to the business rates team (operated on a Rota system)

A DBS check will be required

You will have flexibility in terms of hybrid working at home and in the office
