Rooted in our mission to be an exceptional school for everyone, our work is guided by five core values: a positive mindset, an active approach, a creative outlook, a connected environment, and a caring nature. These values shape our culture and ensure that every child is nurtured academically, socially and emotionally.
Our bespoke, enquiry-led curriculum is designed to excite curiosity, develop independence, and build lifelong learners. We are a supportive, ambitious and forward-thinking school community – committed to high standards, innovation, and inclusion.
If you are passionate about making a difference and want to be part of a dedicated and dynamic team, we would love to hear from you.
The successful candidate will be:
• A nurturing and relational practitioner who builds strong, respectful relationships with primary-aged children, their families, and colleagues across the school
• An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate closely with class teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure consistency and the best possible outcomes for pupils
• Confident and experienced in supporting teaching and learning across the primary age range, with a good understanding of the national curriculum and how children learn at different stages
• Energetic, adaptable, and creative in supporting the delivery of engaging lessons and activities, maintaining high expectations for behaviour and learning
• Committed to supporting the academic, social, emotional, and physical development of all pupils, recognising and responding to individual needs
• A team player who contributes positively to the wider school community and works effectively with staff to support planning, assessment, and classroom routines
• Aligned with our vision of being 'an exceptional school for everyone' and committed to upholding and modelling our school's core values
• Fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children, following the school's rigorous safeguarding policies and procedures
What We Can Offer You:
• A warm, caring school ethos where staff well-being is prioritised and actively supported
• A family-first Senior Leadership Team that understands the importance of work–life balance

• A strong, supportive staff team that collaborates to share the workload and ensure everyone feels valued
• Children who are curious, kind, and eager to thrive, creating a fulfilling and rewarding teaching experience
• A committed and supportive Governing Board that champions staff well-being alongside high academic standards
