We're opening applications for our T Level Industry Placement Programme 2027, giving students the opportunity to learn and grow at the heart of the Bee Network.
Your Industry Placement at Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM)
Throughout a 45-day placement at TfGM, you will spend time working directly with teams who keep Greater Manchester moving. You'll have the opportunity to apply your learning from the classroom, whilst developing technical skills in the workplace - contributing to real tasks and projects which make a positive impact on our city-region.
Your role will depend on which T Level subject you study, as well as your strengths and interests, but all of our placements will be designed to give you a meaningful experience of public service so by the time you finish your placement, you feel ready and equipped for a high-quality career.

Who can apply
To apply for this round of placements, you must meet the following criteria:
- Completing a full T Level qualification
- Current resident within Greater Manchester attending a college which is based in Greater Manchester
- Studying an eligible T Level subject from the list below
This year, we are able to offer placements for students enrolled on any of the following T Level subject areas:
- Business Management & Administration
- Media, Broadcast & Production
- Construction

Salary: Please note, our T Level Placements are unpaid. We are unable to cover travel expenses, but encourage eligible candidates to register for Our Pass to access free and discounted travel in Greater Manchester.
