About us

The governors of St. Boniface’s Catholic Primary School in Salford are seeking to appoint a passionate, friendly and enthusiastic site manger to join our vibrant, cheerful school.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with the relevant experience and skill set to be central to the smooth operations of our school community.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and security of the school site
    • Be responsible for the maintenance of the school grounds.
    • Carry out repairs and general maintenance
    • Monitor and promote health and safety procedures
    • Oversee site contractors and ensure compliance with school policies
    • Support the school’s commitment to safeguarding and child protection

    About you

    The successful candidate will:

    • Be diligent, reliable, and take pride in their work
    • Have a friendly and approachable manner
    • Demonstrate a strong commitment to safeguarding and well-being
    • Is proactive, flexible, and able to work independently
    • Have experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
