Role Overview:

Working within the council’s Property & Projects team, you will drive forward improvements to Oldham Councils School portfolio. You will have a designated commitment to lead, develop and manage the coordination and delivery of the schools Capital Backlog Maintenance programme including collating and reporting maintenance priorities.

To succeed in this role, you will need as a minimum:

  • Experience of successful resource and financial management, working with budget constraints and within defined financial procedures.
  • Experience of leading, developing, managing and monitoring multiple and varied projects simultaneously within a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Experience of Stakeholder Management – including development, maintenance and implementation of Stakeholder Engagement & Communications Plans.
