Term of Contract: Fixed term for six-months

Working pattern: Full year (52.143 weeks per year)

Hours per week: Full time (37 hours per week)

St Teresa of Calcutta Academy Trust Central Team are currently seeking an exceptional interim HR Business Partner – Policy & Compliance to lead the review, development, and implementation of a full suite of HR policies and procedures.

This is a unique opportunity to make a strategic impact across the multi-academy trust to support the Trusts’ growth and development plans and ensure that our family of schools and central team remain compliant during this period of growth and development, ensuring that our HR framework is legally compliant, aligned with best practice and supportive of our inclusive, values-driven culture.
