We are seeking an inspiring EYFS Leader to oversee our early years provision, including our Rainbow Room (2-year-olds), Nursery and Reception. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team and shape exceptional early years practice for children aged 2–5.
About the Role
You will lead, manage and develop our EYFS unit, ensuring high-quality teaching, learning and care. With a strong focus on progress and early childhood development, you will drive continuous improvement and ensure children are well-prepared for Key Stage 1.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the EYFS team with clear vision and direction.
- Develop and implement a high-quality, engaging EYFS curriculum.
- Monitor and improve teaching and learning across all EYFS settings.
- Oversee assessment, tracking and effective interventions.
- Promote a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment.
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers.
- Ensure smooth transitions into EYFS and into Year 1.
- Contribute to wider school improvement and uphold school values.
