Salary: £31,650 – £40,439 (T1 – T5 depending on experience)
Starting date: 1st September 2025

Kearsley West is a small, friendly school serving many disadvantaged families. We aim to provide our children with the skills that they will need for the rest of their lives, providing a range of opportunities for their academic and personal development and teaching them how to improve their own learning. We have three main rules: be safe, be happy and be learning. We strive for high standards in everything we do, from manners and behaviour to achievement and independence. In December 2024 the school was graded ‘Good’ in all aspects by Ofsted.
